Run calculations in Excel to assist with project ruling decisions
Assist with analysis of real-life project complications, including lighting simulations/calculations
Assist in conducting basic research, literature reviews and analysis of global standards as well as system and product data sheets
Compare and analyze similarities and differences of different global standards
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, presentations and educational courses
Assist in conducting basic literature reviews and interpretation of research
Candidate Profile & Prerequisites
Master's candidate or final-year Bachelor’s candidate in Building Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Lighting Design, or closely related degree
A strong record of academic achievement
Microsoft Excel and/or powerpoint whiz
Working knowledge of lighting design fundamentals
Background or familiarity with the construction industry
Ardent detail-orientation and commitment to delivering high quality work
Deep intellectual curiosity and excellent analytic abilities
Additional Salary Information: Hourly rates are competitive and commensurate with prior experience.
