Modern mechanical and electrical building system design is our specialty. Our willingness to investigate and implement new and innovative building systems coupled with our wealth of MEP design experience sets us apart. We design what’s best for the client and the application; what’s best for the client is what’s best for us. There are many different ways to implement MEP systems. We offer energy analysis services for existing buildings, which helps us narrow down what type of system we should select on a project, and what changes should be made to the building. We have a continuously growing energy analysis data base that helps us to compare how efficiently similar buildings in the area are operating. We take on projects large and small, from small MEP upgrades to large multi-discipline commercial buildings. Collaboration with architects and other consultants is key, and we take the time to carefully coordinate with the other design partners to ensure a smooth construction process. The project isn’t over for us when the contractors leave, we are always available to investigate any issues that come up after the project is complete. We also offer building energy analysis ser...vices for new buildings after construction is complete to ensure your building is operating efficiently, and to identify any adjustments that should be made.
Our Difference
We don’t just do what’s easy, we do what’s right. Listening to our clients, identifying their needs, and implementing effective and efficient solutions is what we take pride in.
